Our houses in Addison Road are homes  let on a co-operative type group basis – to apply for a place here, you must demonstrate a full commitment to joining a group who works and lives together, be ready to join in with all household tasks on a group basis and even be up for maintenance tasks! This is not a home suitable for you if you think you will have difficulty in doing this, although the group may be willing to help you learn and give you a chance to see if you can!

It will mean  adhering to cleaning rotas, cooking a group meal for others, attending a weekly meeting and a serious commitment to pro-social behaviour.

We will be looking for people who understand how a co-operative works, willing to engage at all levels and ready to join in with the spirit of co-operation, mutual aid and the general good nature of the enterprise.

There are spaces in each of the two houses for anyone who is willing to comply with the contractual obligations of the household for forthcoming year.
